  • - 125 g of any small pasta (for children you can use pasta-letters),

  • - 3 eggs,

  • - 1 lemon

  • - 1 small onion,

  • - 1 medium carrot,

  • - 0.5 cups of a mixture of chopped dill and parsley,

  • - 3 bay leaves,

  • - 0.5 cup green peas,

  • - lemon slices for decoration.

We prepare the broth in a large pan on a broth of homemade chicken meat. Do not bother to buy chicken in the market, broiler bird will not give the proper aroma and taste. Do not salt, just add bay leaves.

Add pasta to the boiling broth, cook for 5 minutes or follow the instructions on the package. Beat the eggs in a bowl until foamy, add lemon juice and 1 tbsp. l cold water. Stirring gradually, add two scoops of hot broth. Pour the mixture back into the pan, boil over very low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped onions, peas, carrots, herbs and seasonings to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes. In addition, you can use a mixture of additional herbs. Before serving, decorate the broth with lemon slices and fresh sprigs of parsley.
