- - meat grinder;
- - a baking sheet;
- - chicken fillet 400 g;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - hot water 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - oatmeal 0.5 cups;
- - paprika 1 teaspoon;
- - ground black pepper 1 teaspoon;
- - salt 1 teaspoon;
- - cottage cheese 50 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - vegetable oil;
- - garlic 2-3 slices.
Instruction manual

Grind the chicken and onions in a meat grinder. Garlic should be passed through a garlic squeezer.

Mix oatmeal with water, egg and cottage cheese. Stir and add cooked spices to them. Then mix together with minced chicken and onions.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the formed small meatballs on it. They should be baked for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The dish is ready!

Meatballs can be served with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes and boiled rice. Cheese or sour cream sauce can be offered to meatballs so that they are not dry. A salad of fresh vegetables and herbs with vegetable oil is also great.
