Finely chop the greens, squeeze the garlic into it, add sesame oil, salt, pepper, sugar, sauce and mix everything thoroughly.

Slice the chicken into strips of 6-7 centimeters. Carefully beat off and lightly sprinkle with salt. Put prepared greens in the middle of each piece.

Roll the meat into rolls and seal the edges with wooden toothpicks. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the rolls on both sides. Then take out the toothpicks.

Cut the pita bread into pieces equal to the width of the roll. Place on each cut piece of lettuce, chicken rolls. Twist the dish and fix with a toothpick. Ready-made chicken rolls can be consumed at home, or taken with you on nature, a picnic, on a hike.
