  • - 600 g of minced chicken;

  • - 150 g of hard cheese;

  • - 5 eggs;

  • - 1 bunch of green onions, dill or parsley;

  • - 30 ml of vegetable oil;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour and sour cream;

  • - curry, pepper, salt.

Rub a slice of hard cheese on a coarse grater. Rinse and chop greens and chives.

Put the minced chicken in a deep bowl. You can either buy it ready-made or skip the chicken fillet yourself through a meat grinder. Beat in minced eggs, pepper and salt, add chopped herbs, cheese, sour cream. Sprinkle flour and add curry seasoning to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside for 20 minutes.

Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil on it. Put the pancakes with a tablespoon in hot oil. Fry on one side until golden brown for 3 minutes over medium heat. Then turn them over, fry on the other side too until golden brown.

Put ready-made chicken pancakes-cutlets with herbs and cheese on a plate, and put the next portion of chicken mass in a frying pan. So make pancakes from the whole stuffing.
