And in order not to doubt the quality of minced meat for cutlets, it is better to cook it yourself.

Combine meat and applesauce, add 1 egg, salt, pepper. If you like onions, you can fry one onion and add to the minced meat.

Wet large cutlets with wet hands.

In a frying pan, heat the butter, put the patties, fry without a lid for 5-8 minutes on each side. Usually chicken cutlets are cooked quickly enough.

You can also cook cutlets in a multicooker, then they will turn out even juicier: heat oil in a multicooker bowl, lay out the patties, fry for 5 minutes without a lid, then turn the patties over, bring them to readiness for 15 minutes in the Baking mode.

Chicken meatballs with apples are best served hot, serve fresh vegetables as a side dish, you can make a light salad out of them.
