Ingredients:
-0.5 chicken fillet
-1/2 canned cans

-10 tablespoons Apple vinegar
-8 tablespoons Apple vinegar
-5 tsp honey (preferably liquid)
-2 tsp tomato paste
-1/2 cups of canned pineapple syrup
-25gr. ginger root
-1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon potato starch
-3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt, pepper to taste
Cooking:
1. Chicken. Wash breast, remove skin. Cut the fillet into cubes, put in a bowl, pepper and pour half the soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Wash the vegetables, peel the seeds, and cut out the place of attachment of the stem for the tomatoes. Cut vegetables into strips. Peel the ginger and grate it on a coarse grater.
3. In a deep frying pan, mix apple cider vinegar, the remaining soy sauce and tomato paste. Put on low heat, warm up a little, pour honey and add pineapple syrup, mix thoroughly.
4. Put pepper, tomatoes, canned pineapple, grated ginger in a pan and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Add starch and flour to the meat, mix. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes. Put the prepared meat in a pan with vegetables and simmer another 10 minutes.
