- - chicken - 1.2 kg;
- - yogurt - 350 g;
- - cilantro - 200 g;
- - one cucumber;
- - curry - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt, pepper - to taste.

Chop the chicken into small pieces, lay in one layer in a mold.

Make a mixture of a third of yogurt with curry and three tablespoons of chopped cilantro. Salt, pepper to taste.

Pour the chicken with the resulting sauce; the meat slices should be completely covered with the sauce. Leave on for about ten minutes, but it’s better to put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Transfer the chicken to a wire rack placed above the mold, bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees. A golden crust should form.

Mix the remaining yogurt with chopped cilantro, add chopped fresh cucumber, pepper, salt. Serve the finished chicken with sauce, lettuce and lime slices.
