Mix wheat flour with oatmeal and buckwheat. You can even make oat and buckwheat flour yourself - just grind oatmeal and buckwheat in a kitchen processor or coffee grinder for this, and then sift through a sieve.

Add ghee, sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt to the three types of flour. Pour in milk, mix thoroughly so that no lumps form in the pancake dough. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.

Rub the cheese on a fine grater, send to the present pancake dough. Stir again.

Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil for the first pancake (then this is no longer required). Pour a portion of the dough, evenly distributing it on the surface of the pan. Bake until golden brown on one side, then gently invert and fry to the same condition on the other.

Put ready-made red pancakes with cheese in a pile on a plate. Serve immediately hot. Such pancakes will become a nutritious full breakfast, which will charge you with vigor and fill you up until lunch.
