Coffee cake is prepared in one hour. It turns out to be very soft, not at all dry. You can experiment by adding candied fruits or nuts to this cake.

- - wheat flour - 2 cups;
- - margarine - 150 g;
- - sugar - 3/4 g;
- - three eggs;
- - fresh coffee - 1/2 cup;
- - cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- - baking powder - 2 tsp;
- - ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.

Melt margarine, beat with chicken eggs and sugar.

Add flour and baking powder a little. If there is no baking powder, then take 0.5 teaspoons of slaked soda.

Add strong coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg. Knead the dough well.

Put the resulting dough in a mold coated with oil. Cook at 180 degrees in the oven. 40-45 minutes will be enough. Have a nice tea party!
