From cranberries you can make a delicious pie in just one hour. The amount of cranberries will depend on its size. If you have small cranberries, then 400 grams will be required.

You will need
- For eight servings:
- - cranberries - 300-400 g;
- - wheat flour - 200 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - three egg whites;
- - ground almonds - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - a pinch of salt.

From flour, butter and salt, make chopped dough, wrap in cling film, and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Although it is better to keep in the refrigerator longer - an hour.

Roll the dough into a layer 2 mm thick. Put it in a mold, pierce it in several places with a fork, cover it with baking paper, fill with baking beans. Place in the oven for ten minutes (200 degrees).

Beat three egg whites and 200 g of sugar in a white foam. Set aside a few tablespoons of protein, mix the rest with cranberries, put on the dough, sprinkle with ground almonds. Spread whipped protein on top. Smoothing the protein is not required - the bumps are beautifully baked.

Cook cranberry pie for twenty minutes at 200 degrees. Cool the dessert slightly before serving. Have a nice tea party!
