A standard set of products can be found in each refrigerator. Sometimes you really want to treat yourself to delicious pastries, but there’s nothing like this at home, and there’s no way to buy special products. If guests suddenly decided to come, and there is absolutely nothing to treat them with, then you can prepare a delicious cupcake.

You will need

  • - 1 tbsp. kefir;

  • - 1 tbsp. semolina;

  • - 1 tbsp. Sahara;

  • - 1 tbsp. premium flour;

  • - 2 chicken eggs;

  • - 1 tsp slaked soda.

Instruction manual

1

Mix kefir and semolina, mix and let it brew for 3 hours. After 3 hours, mix all the products and mix well. You should get a viscous mass similar in consistency to a paste.

2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into the baking dish by filling it in 2/3, as the dough should rise a lot. In order to give the cake a unique taste, you can add a little strawberry (or any other) jam.

3

Bake a cupcake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. You can check the readiness of the cake with a regular toothpick. To do this, pierce the cupcake and look at the toothpick, if it is dry - you can take out a treat. If there are traces of dough on the toothpick, the dessert must still be kept in the oven.
