Preheat the oven to 190C. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, and chop the onion. In a pan with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil, spread the potatoes and onions, salt and pepper, fry on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. The potato should be fried, become golden, but not burn.

While the potatoes are fried, beat eggs with milk and a little ground black pepper in a bowl. We rub the cheese, and cut the bacon into small pieces.
