You will need
- Ingredients for 2 Persons:
- - 4 medium-sized potatoes;
- - medium onion;
- - salt to taste;
- - olive oil;
- - ground black pepper;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 2 tablespoons butter;
- - 30 ml of milk;
- - 4 strips of bacon (or to taste);
- - 200 g of grated Cheddar cheese.

Preheat the oven to 190C. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, and chop the onion. In a pan with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil, spread the potatoes and onions, salt and pepper, fry on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. The potato should be fried, become golden, but not burn.

While the potatoes are fried, beat eggs with milk and a little ground black pepper in a bowl. We rub the cheese, and cut the bacon into small pieces.

Lubricate with butter 2 small baking dishes, put the potatoes and slices of bacon in them.

Pour potatoes with bacon with beaten eggs, generously sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes - the eggs should be cooked, and the cheese should be melted. A hearty and delicious dish is ready!
