  • - 2 glasses of water;

  • - butter, salt - to taste.
  • For buckwheat with mushrooms:

  • - 1 glass of buckwheat;

  • - 50 g of dried mushrooms;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - 1.5 glasses of water;

  • - 3 tablespoons melted butter;

  • - salt - to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse thoroughly buckwheat. Pour buckwheat into a special dish for the microwave. Pour the cereal with water, salt. Cover the dishes and put in the microwave at maximum power. Wait for the water to boil - this will happen in about 4 minutes at a power of 1000 watts.

2

Stir the buckwheat, leave the cover of the dishes removed. Set the microwave power to 600 watts for 8 minutes. After this time, try the porridge, if it is not ready, add some water to the buckwheat and leave to cook in the microwave for another couple of minutes. Add butter to the finished dish and serve.

3

Microwave the buckwheat under a vegetable coat. Rinse the cereal, put it in a microwave dish, peel any vegetables - this may be a mixture of potatoes, beets, carrots, pumpkins, etc. The quantity and ratio of products in this dish is to your taste.

4

Cut peeled and washed vegetables into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Salt, pour hot water (or kefir) and put the dishes in the microwave for 20-30 minutes. It turns out an unusual dish, while buckwheat does not dry out under a layer of vegetables.

5

Microwave the buckwheat with dried mushrooms. Pour mushrooms with cold water, leave for 1 hour. Wash buckwheat and soak it in water for 30-40 minutes. Remove the swollen mushrooms from the water, finely chop them and put them in the same water in which they were soaked.

6

Salt the mushrooms and cook them under the lid at full microwave power for five minutes. Pour buckwheat into boiling water with mushrooms and stir everything, add salt. Cook porridge for 4 minutes at full power, and then 4 minutes at medium power. Turn off the microwave, let the buckwheat stand for 10 minutes.

7

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sasser it in oil for 2-3 minutes, add to buckwheat porridge and mix well.
