There are several ways you can decorate a cake with bananas. The easiest way is to lay thinly sliced banana slices on the surface of the cake in a chaotic manner. All that is required is to peel the banana, cut it across into thin circles, lay on the surface of the cake in any order, after which each circle is gently greased with lemon juice (this is necessary so that the slices do not darken over time, but all remain so mouth-watering).

The next way to decorate the cake with bananas is to lay out a figure, for example a flower, from the slices of banana on the surface of the dessert. To lay the flower on baking, peel a banana, cut it first in half, then cut each of the halves lengthwise into thin long plates. Smear each plate with lime juice, and then lay the resulting slices on the cake so that they touch one edge in the very center of the cake, while the other “looks” in different directions. In conclusion, the cake can be sprinkled with chocolate chips.

Another option is to decorate the cake with bananas in jelly. To do this, take a pan whose diameter is equal to the diameter of the cake, pour orange juice into it and pour gelatin (50 grams of gelatin per liter of juice), let the gelatin swell (you must leave the mixture for 30 minutes). After that, put the pan in a water bath, completely dissolve the gelatin and add sugar (to taste). Cool the mixture to 50 degrees, then put in it pre-sliced bananas and let the mass completely harden. After the mixture has completely solidified, remove it from the pan and place it gently on top of the cake.
