Ingredients:
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green);
- 50 g of pasta;
- 1 liter of vegetable or meat broth;

Kefir vegetable soup
Ingredients:
- 2 liters of kefir;
- 10 radishes;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 1 liter of water;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1/2 cup sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped dill;
- salt.
Cut the cucumbers and radishes into strips. Mix kefir with cold water (take boiled water), add salt, chopped garlic cloves, prepared vegetables. Mix, season with sour cream, garnish with chopped dill. This soup is served cold.
