Ingredients:

- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green);

- 50 g of pasta;

- 1 liter of vegetable or meat broth;

- parsley root, one carrot;

- dill, parsley, green onions;

Rinse all vegetables, peel, cut into cubes, fry in oil. Boil vegetable or meat broth. On the vegetable broth, the soup will turn out easy, on the meat broth more satisfying. Add fried vegetables to the broth, cook over low heat. Boil pasta, put in soup, season with chopped onions and herbs. Salt, serve ready-made soup with sour cream.

Kefir vegetable soup

Ingredients:

- 2 liters of kefir;

- 10 radishes;

- 2 fresh cucumbers;

- 1 liter of water;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 1/2 cup sour cream;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped dill;

- salt.

Cut the cucumbers and radishes into strips. Mix kefir with cold water (take boiled water), add salt, chopped garlic cloves, prepared vegetables. Mix, season with sour cream, garnish with chopped dill. This soup is served cold.
