You will need
- - a glass of peeled sunflower seeds;
- - a glass of seedless raisins;
- - a blender.

We wash the seeds under running water and soak them for 1 hour.

Rinse the raisins. We clear from the stalks.

Put the ingredients in a blender bowl and grind to a homogeneous mass.

From the resulting mass we form the desired shape: a tight ball, briquette, candy.
Halva is ready.

To grind seeds in a blender, you must use special knives for chopping nuts or meat. Otherwise, the blender may not cope with the load and burn out.
Raw halva can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Useful advice
Fans of experiments: sunflower seeds can be replaced with different nuts and seeds, add poppy seeds, and instead of raisins, take, for example, dried dates.
In raw halva, you can also use germinated seeds and nuts.
