A crock-pot is a kitchen assistant, without which many housewives are now without hands. And this is not surprising, because the multicooker is able to replace many kitchen appliances, including the oven. The pies in it are always delicious and tender.

You will need

  • - one glass of flour;
  • - four apples;
  • - four eggs;
  • - 2/3 glasses of sugar;
  • - 50 grams of butter;
  • - two tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • - a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Instruction manual

1

First of all, take a piece of butter, put it in the bowl of the multicooker and turn on the heating mode. As soon as the butter begins to melt, add the icing sugar to it and mix everything. Melt the butter completely and gently grease the bottom and bottom of the walls of the multicooker bowl with it (this is required to make the cake a pleasantly caramel color when baking).

2

Rinse the apples in cold water, quarter them, remove the seeds and cut into small slices. If desired, you can remove the peel from the fruit.

3

Take a deep bowl and break the eggs into it. Beat the eggs at a slow mixer speed by adding a pinch of salt to them. After one minute of beating, add the speed of the mixer, add sugar to the eggs and continue to beat for about two more minutes. During this time, the mass will turn into a lush foam.

4

Sift the flour two or three times and add it in small portions to the egg mass and gently mix with a spoon so that there are no lumps. It is worth noting that you need to mix flour with egg foam carefully, in no case can you use a mixer, otherwise the dough will settle and the cake will not work.

5

In a multicooker bowl, randomly place the pieces of apples, sprinkle them with cinnamon and mix. Pour apples from above with the previously prepared dough and let stand for a minute, so that the dough fills the entire space between the apples.

6

Close the multicooker lid, set the baking mode for one hour on the kitchen appliance. After the lapse of time, turn off the multicooker, but do not remove the pie from it, and let stand for another 15 minutes. Charlotte with apples in the multicooker is ready.

note

If you don't like cinnamon, you can replace it with vanilla or dry ginger. To make the cake more juicy, the number of apples can be increased or more juicy fruit varieties can be used.

Useful advice

For the preparation of charlotte, it is best to use sour apples of medium hardness. If you cook a pie with tough apples, then increase the cooking time by 15-20 minutes.
