Fragrant fruit and berry liquors are easy to make with your own hands. The strength and sweetness of such drinks can be adjusted. It all depends on your preference. If the liquor is too strong, then make a cocktail out of it, mix with juice or add ice cream. For pouring berries, use only high-quality vodka, otherwise spoil your creation.

You will need

    • fresh cherry;
    • fresh blackcurrant;
    • vodka;
    • garden berries;
    • granulated sugar;
    • a three-liter jar or a bottle with a wide neck;
    • beautiful bottles.

Instruction manual

1

Cherry brandy.

Wash fresh cherries, do not remove seeds. Make a wooden toothpick a few punctures in each berry. Put everything in a jar or bottle with a wide neck.

2

Sprinkle the layers with granulated sugar so that it can evenly dissolve in the allocated juice. A liter jar will take about 3 tablespoons of sand. But do as you like.

3

Fill the container at the shoulders. Pour vodka so that the whole cherry is covered with liquid. Close the lid tightly and set aside. Periodically chatter the jar so that the sugar and juice are mixed well with vodka.

4

Insist a month or two, as long as there is enough patience. Then strain the pouring and pour it into beautiful bottles. Serve chilled to the table.

5

Blackcurrant cordial.

Sort the black currants, remove the branches and leaves. Pour the berries into a wide bowl and crush with a pestle. Squeeze the juice from the pulp.

6

Pour the pulp in the pan with water, add granulated sugar to taste. Boil and strain.

7

Mix the squeezed juice and currant syrup. Pour vodka. Once again, mix well and pour into bottles.

8

Filling assorted.

Fill a three-liter jar with garden berries: raspberries, currants, strawberries or wild strawberries. Cook strong sugar syrup and pour the berries. Add vodka to the edges of the jar. Close the lid tightly and set aside. The longer it costs, the tastier and richer the liquor. Strain before serving.

Useful advice

Blackcurrant and cranberries for liqueurs can be used from prepared frosts.
