Creamy Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- milk powder 35 g;
- corn starch 10 g;
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp;
- granulated sugar 90 g;
- cream with a fat content of at least 35% 250 ml;
- fresh milk 300 ml.
Cooking method:
- Pour two types of sugar and milk powder into the pan and mix. Pour in 250 ml of milk gradually, without stopping mixing and avoiding the formation of lumps.
- Add corn starch to the remaining 50 ml of milk.
- Put the pan with milk on the fire, bring to a boil and add diluted starch. Stir thoroughly, cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.
- Remove mixture from heat and allow to cool.
- Beat the chilled cream thoroughly with a mixer and carefully introduce into milk.
- The resulting mass is well kneaded and put in the freezer. Remember to mix every 30 minutes until the ice cream completely hardens.
Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- milk 1.3 cups;
- water 3 tbsp. l;
- 3 egg yolks;
- bitter chocolate 120 g;
- powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l;
- 35% cream 6 tbsp
Cooking method:
- Grind the egg yolks with icing sugar.
- Bring the milk to a boil and gradually combine with the yolks, not ceasing to mix with a wooden spoon.
- Strain the mixture, put on low heat and cook until thickened.
- Beat the chilled cream.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- First add chocolate to the mixture of milk and yolks, then whipped cream.
- Mix the mass thoroughly and place in the freezer.
