The main components for making coffee liqueur at home are quality vodka and good coffee. Enrich the aroma with vanilla, orange or lemon juice, fresh or dried zest. Adjust the sweetness and strength of the drink to your taste, adding sugar syrup of various concentrations. Ready coffee liquor in a bottle tightly corked by a cork can be stored for a long time without losing its flavor.

Instruction manual

1

Coffee liqueur Put ground coffee in a Turk. Add granulated sugar and stir. Fill with cold water and place on the stove. Turn on the fire. While coffee is brewing, do not go far. The drink boils with a fluffy hat, loses its aroma, spills and burns. Bring the coffee to a boil and turn off the gas. Cover the Turk with a saucer and leave it on the kitchen table, let it brew for at least 24 hours. Filter the coffee through cheesecloth, add vodka and pour the liquor into a liter bottle. Cork tightly and clean in a dark place. The liquor should be infused, the longer, the better, but not less than a month.

2

Vanilla-flavored coffee liqueur Cut the vanilla bean along. Scrape seeds out of it, they will not be needed. Open a bottle of vodka and put vanilla in it. Close the bottle with a stopper and let it brew for a week. Make coffee with sugar and cool. Strain through a fine sieve. Mix coffee and vodka, remember to remove the vanilla pod from it. Close the bottle tightly and set aside for a couple of months.

3

Orange-flavored coffee liqueur Roast coffee beans in a skillet. Then grind them coarsely in a coffee grinder. Finely chop the fresh peel of two oranges. You can take another piece of lemon peel. If you use dried peels, grind them with coffee beans in a coffee grinder. Pour ground coffee and peels with vodka, close the bottle tightly and let it brew for a month. Strain the mixture. Cook the sugar syrup. Cool and mix with strained liquid. Chat. This liqueur is well suited to be added to freshly brewed coffee.

4

Cognac coffee liqueurs Roast and grind coffee beans. Brew strong coffee in one glass of water. Cover the Turk with a saucer and let it brew for several hours. Strain: Pour two glasses of water into the bucket. Bring to a boil and pour in granulated sugar. Stir with a spoon and reduce heat. Cook, constantly removing foam until it ceases to form. Let the syrup cool completely. Mix cold syrup, brewed and filtered coffee and brandy. Pour in lemon juice. Stir the liquid. Close the bottle tightly. Insist for two months.
