Bake the most ordinary pancakes, try to make a large diameter. You can easily find the recipe for making pancakes on the pages of our site. Cool them and lay the first pancake cake on a flat plate. Spread it with cream.

Form the next layer in exactly the same way, applying a pancake layer, and then cream. Continue in this sequence until you collect the whole pancake cake.

Top the pancake cake with fruit, chocolate cream and candied fruit. You can put the cake in the refrigerator for half an hour, or you can serve it immediately after cooking. A well-soaked pancake cake is ready to drink with, for example, ginger tea.

The more layers you make in the cake, the tastier it will be. You can use any filling: jelly, souffle, creams, preserves and jams. In the summer, you can make a dessert with berries, and in winter, fruits from canned compotes are suitable.
Useful advice
You can use the semi-finished products purchased at the store to create this cake. It will take much less time, although it will not be as tasty as with homemade pancakes.
