  • Dried apricots - 200 grams;
  • coconut milk - 100 ml;
  • oat bran - 1 glass;
  • applesauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Pour dried apricots with water, leave for 2 hours. In the blender we place the pressed dried fruits, bran, applesauce, pour in coconut milk. Beat products until smooth. We form balls and place in the refrigerator to make dessert stronger.

  • Rice flour - 1 cup;
  • dates - 2 glasses;
  • almond;
  • coconut flakes.

Soak dates in boiled water. After 4 hours, drain the water, pass the dates through a meat grinder or smash in a blender. Add rice flour to the date mass and roll up small balls. Put a nut in the middle of the resulting candy. Bone each ball in coconut and put in the refrigerator for several hours.

It is worth remembering that even such low-calorie sweets should not prevail in the diet of losing weight. The share of any dessert in your menu should not exceed 10%.
