For small families or for those with little cucumbers, the recipe is perfect, according to which cucumbers are pickled with 0.75-liter jars in jars.

The whole charm of this recipe is that you can use any kind of cucumber: small, large, hooked and slightly spoiled, removing rotten or bursted areas. In addition, you do not need to calculate the amount of ingredients, they are added directly to the jar.

For cooking you will need:

- cucumbers;

- greens of dill and parsley;

- pepper peas;

- salt;

- sugar;

- sunflower oil;

- vinegar 9%.

First of all, we prepare the cucumbers: pour them with cold water and leave them for 4-6 hours. Then we drain the water and thoroughly wash the vegetables.

While the cucumbers are soaked, we wash and sterilize the cans and metal lids.

We sort dill and parsley, wash and cut into medium-sized pieces. For parsley, we use only the leaf part, without stems. We take the amount of greens at will, as many as we like.

At the soaked cucumbers, we cut off the tips, we will not use them, and we cut the vegetable into a ringlet about 1 cm thick.

At the bottom of a sterile jar, put 3-4 peas of pepper, pour a layer of greens and begin to lay cucumbers, occasionally shaking the jar so that the rings lie in a dense layer. In the middle of the jar we make another layer of greenery and fill it with cucumbers to the top. sprinkle with a mixture of parsley and dill.

We put the jars in a large pan, add to each of them:

- sugar - 1 tsp. with a slide;

- salt - 2 tsp with a small tubercle;

- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l;

- table vinegar - 2 tbsp. l

Fill the contents of the can with cold! unboiled water and cover with lids. We also fill the pan with liquid so that it reaches the banks “on the shoulders”. We light a strong fire, wait for boiling and sterilize for 7 minutes from the moment of boiling. You do not need to sterilize longer, otherwise the cucumbers will turn out to be boiled, not crispy and tasteless.

Carefully remove the cans from the pan and roll up. We keep cucumbers in heat until they cool completely, then remove them in a cold place.
