The third option. Mix eggs in a wide bowl with milk, like an omelet. Salt. Pour breadcrumbs or bread crumbs into a plate next to it. Grate hard cheese and mix it with breadcrumbs. Dip a piece of fish in the egg and milk mixture, then bread with cheese and put in a hot oil.

The fourth option. Peel fresh potatoes. Rub it on a fine grater. Mix with chopped hard cheese. Roll the pieces of fish dried in a towel in flour mixed with salt, and then in a potato-cheese mixture and put in a frying pan.

Fry fish in a thick-bottomed pan. Such dishes warm evenly and the product is obtained with a good crust and juicy inside.
