You will need

  • - 1/2 kg of any pasta;

  • - 300-400 g of chicken liver;

  • - 1 PC. onions;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of flour;

  • - 1/2 cup of milk;

  • - 50 g of butter;

  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs;

  • - 2 chicken eggs;

  • - 50 g of hard cheese;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;

  • - salt (add to taste);

  • - a pinch of ground black pepper.

Rinse the chicken liver and let it dry. Then cut it into small pieces. Do the same with onions, peeling them from their peels.

Pour vegetable oil onto a pre-heated skillet. Fry the liver with onions for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

It was the turn of flour. Add it to the pan and mix well.

The next step is to pour 1/2 cup of milk into the pan. Add pepper and salt to taste.

We will need hard cheese. Rub it on a coarse grater.

Let's get down to the basics. Cook the pasta as you normally cook it. Pasta can be of any kind. Once they are cooked, let the excess water drain by discarding the pasta in a colander.

Grease the baking dish with butter and put a layer of pasta. On top of them lay the fried liver with onions.

Stir the eggs and hard cheese in a deep bowl and lay this mixture on top of the onion and liver.

Sprinkle the casserole with breadcrumbs and cover with a layer of grated butter.

Bake the dish for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The casserole should be browned.
