You will need
- -2 medium potatoes
- -1 small head of cauliflower
- -1 and 1/2 cup chicken stock
- -1 and 1/2 cup 1% skim milk
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper
- -1/2 cup fresh sour cream
- -10 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
- - chopped green onions
- -3 slices of bacon or brisket

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water and peel them. At cauliflower, separate the inflorescences from the stem and remove the foliage. Cook the potatoes in a saucepan and make mashed potatoes.

In a stewpan, cook the cauliflower inflorescences to medium softness, drain the water. Combine mashed potatoes and cauliflower in a blender. Grind all ingredients thoroughly for several minutes. Put everything back in the pan.

Add chicken stock, milk and put on a slow fire in a saucepan. Stew everything for 15-30 minutes.

Transfer the resulting mass into baking pots, sprinkle with cheese on top and put in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
