Pie with saury is a fairly common dish, this recipe is original and quick to prepare. You will always find all the ingredients at hand and, if you wish, you can create your own individual recipe by adding additional other spices.

- Margarine (80 g);
- Sour cream (40 ml);
- - egg (1 pc.);

- –A can of saury in its own juice;
- Onion (30 g);

First, prepare the dough, from which the cake will be prepared in the future. To do this, take a deep and comfortable bowl, add flour. Soften margarine and transfer to flour. Shuffle. Then salt the dough, beat the egg and sour cream. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and knead the dough with clean hands. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for a while.

While the dough is in the refrigerator, fill. To do this, open the canned saury, drain the liquid into a separate bowl, soften with a fork. Break the egg there, add a little sour cream and beat thoroughly with a whisk until a uniform consistency is formed.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a thin layer. Level the dough and make the sides in the form. The next layer is finely chopped onions. Next, shift the forked saury to the dough layer. Do not forget to sprinkle this layer with chopped dill.

Put the pie in the oven for baking for 20-30 minutes. In the middle of the process, remove the cake and cover with foil, then put it back in the oven. The pie is considered ready when the upper crust will look fried.

If you want to make the dough less calorie, then it is better not to use margarine and replace it with low-fat oil.

As spices, you can additionally add oregano, parsley or basil.
