This unusual recipe is a variation of the beloved Napoleon cake. It is only being prepared with chicken and mushroom filling and served as an original holiday snack.

Ingredients:

- 6 ready-made cakes for Napoleon;

- 400-500 grams of chicken fillet;

- 500 grams of mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms);

- 120-130 grams of hard cheese;

- 1 white onion;

- 4 eggs;

- 200-250 ml of mayonnaise (you can 50/50 with sour cream);

- any greens to taste.

Cooking appetizer "Napoleon" with chicken and mushrooms:

1. First you need to cut the mushrooms and onions and fry them in a pan until cooked.

2. Boil fillet and eggs (in different pots). Cool.

3. Finely chop the cooled meat. Grate eggs coarsely.

4. Grease the cake with mayonnaise, and then put the chopped fillet on it.

5. Cover the fillet with the following cake, which is also slightly smeared with mayonnaise. On this cake you need to put mushrooms with onions.

6. On the next cake lay the eggs.

7. Then again a layer of chicken and a layer of mushrooms.

8. The last cake should be covered with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese.

9. Snack cake should be put in the oven or microwave for 7-10 minutes.

10. Cooled "Napoleon" cut into portions, garnish with green branches.
