  • - 200 g of processed cheese;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 100-150 g of crab sticks;

  • - a small bunch of dill;

  • - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;

  • - 2 eggs;

Instruction manual

1

Free the crab sticks from the plastic bag and chop finely. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.

2

Put the processed cheese in a separate bowl and add the garlic passed through the press to it, mix thoroughly so that the garlic is evenly distributed over the cheese mass. Wash the dill in running water, dry and chop finely.

3

Fold a sheet of pita bread in half, cut, and then fold the resulting halves in half again and cut. You should get 4 identical rectangles.

4

Spread 1 rectangle of cream cheese. Sprinkle cheese with chopped dill and cover on top with chopped crab sticks. Put a second layer of pita bread on top of the chopsticks.

5

Repeat the same with the second and third layers of pita bread. Cover everything with the fourth and press lightly. Cut the resulting briquette with a sharp knife into small pieces.

6

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs by adding flour to them. Dip each slice in the egg mixture and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until a beautiful golden crust forms.
