Preheat the oven to 200C. Chop the onion, squeeze the garlic and fry in olive oil to soften them. We grease the glass form with oil, put onion and garlic on the bottom.

We clean the potatoes, cut all the vegetables with very thin rings (with a knife or using a special grater).

We spread the vegetables in a baking sheet vertically, alternating, so that the finished dish turns out multi-colored and very beautiful. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with thyme and cover the form with foil. Sent in the oven for 30 minutes. We take out the form, remove the foil, sprinkle the vegetables with cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes to make a delicious golden crust.
