Beef and Seaweed Recipe
Composition:
- 400 g of beef;
- 100 g of seaweed (dried);
- 2 onions;
- 0.5 cup meat broth;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of ghee;
- a spoonful of soy sauce;
- red pepper, salt.
Fold the dried cabbage in a bowl, fill with water, put on a quiet fire, cook until soft. Remove the dishes from the stove, put them overnight in a cool place. Drain the broth from cabbage, rinse it, cut it. Cut the beef into thin slices, chop the onion finely.
Heat oil in a clay pot, put onion and beef, fry them. Add seaweed, meat broth, soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste, simmer in the oven until cooked.
Beef Recipe with Mushrooms and Cheese
Composition:
- 500 g of beef;
- 600 g of champignons;
- 2 onions;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of grated cheese, vegetable oil;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- meat broth;
- paprika, marjoram, basil, black pepper, salt.
Cut the mushrooms into four parts, salt, leave for 20 minutes, then fry them in half the oil. Cut the beef into cubes, fry in butter until half cooked.
Put the mushrooms and meat in a pot in layers, sprinkle each layer with spices, add sour cream, pour a small amount of meat broth, simmer for 50 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
