- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 2 tablespoons of softened butter;

- ¼ teaspoon saffron;

- 1 lemon;

- salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Place a baking rack over the foil. In a small saucepan over a small fire, melt the butter, add olive oil to it and pour in saffron, squeeze the juice from the lemon. Cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the wings under running water, dry thoroughly and place on a wire rack. Lubricate the chicken with saffron lemon oil using a silicone brush. Fry for 20 minutes, then remove the baking sheet, drain the melted fat and turn the wings over. Lubricate them again with oil and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
