Pilaf is a tasty dish that is always popular at the table. That's just to cook it in the right way, in a cauldron and on fire, in our realities it turns out rarely. Yes, and cook it on the stove - you won’t get into trouble. But with a slow cooker, pilaf turns out to be tasty and without too much fuss.

Pick your recipe
You will need
- - onions 1 large head
- - carrot 1 large
- - garlic
- - rice 1 cup
- - meat 0.5 kg
- - spices for pilaf (zira, cardamom, turmeric, curry, pepper, barberry) to taste
- - salt to taste
- - refined sunflower oil 40-50 ml

Pour oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl so that the bottom is closed. Put chopped onions and carrots in the same place. Set the "baking" mode for 25-30 minutes.

Now cut the meat into small pieces and send it to the onions and carrots, mix, salt a little, add spices. Leave to cook until the beep sounds. Do not forget to mix periodically.

Rinse well, fill with water and let it stand for a while. After the beep sounds, put rice in the multicooker cup, fill it with water so that the water is slightly higher than the rice level. Put the garlic, preferably straight unpeeled whole slices.

Set the "pilaf" mode and wait for the sound signal. Usually within an hour your pilaf will be ready. Let it stand for a while under the lid (about 15 minutes) and you can invite it to the table.

You can change the taste of the dish, applying for its preparation various combinations of spices.

You can cook vegetarian pilaf according to the same recipe by simply replacing the meat with mushrooms.
