You will need
- - 350 g of salmon
- - 300 g of small fish
- - 200 g of potatoes
- - 1 carrot
- - 1 onion
- - celery root
- - parsley root
- - dill
- - butter
- - bay leaves
- - salt, pepper to taste

Rinse small fish in water, clean and remove offal, and then rinse again. Pour water into the pan, dip the fish, wipe the roots, add to the pan. Peel the onion and dip in water. Cook for about 35 minutes. Cool and strain the broth.

Peel all vegetables and rinse in cool running water. Cut the potatoes into cubes, and the carrots into circles. Also, carrots can be cut into strips or rubbed on a coarse grater. Dip the chopped vegetables into the broth and cook until the vegetables are a little soft, but not yet ready.

Rinse the salmon filet, then cut into medium-sized pieces. Gently place the fish fillet in a pan of vegetables.

Bring the dish to a boil, add a few tablespoons of butter, a couple of bay leaves, salt and pepper. Finely chop the greens, add to the ear at the end of cooking. Boil the ear again, remove from heat, wrap in a towel and insist 20 minutes. Fragrant ear is ready.
