- mushrooms - 100 gr.;
- tomato - 2 pcs.;
- dry white wine - 1 glass;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- onions - 2 heads;
- oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- cheese - 30 gr.;
- sour cream - 50 gr.;
- fat - 20 gr.;
- thyme
- Bay leaf
- parsley
- dill;
- salt
- pepper to taste.

Clean the cod, rinse thoroughly under running water and cut into equal four parts.

Finely chop the onions, carrots and fry in a pan with fish.

Place the fried fish and vegetables on a baking sheet and add the sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, thyme, bay leaf and dill, pour everything into wine and place in a preheated oven.
