A pasta-based casserole with mushrooms inside is not only tasty, but also satisfying. Cooking does not take much time. In taste and composition, this casserole resembles lasagna with mushrooms. The dough is replaced by pasta.

  • - pasta curly 100 g;

  • - thawed mushrooms 400-500 g;

  • - bacon 100 g;

  • - fresh tomatoes 4 pcs.;

  • - eggs 3 pcs.;

  • - sour cream ½ st.;

  • - butter 4 tbsp. l.;

  • - grated hard cheese 150 g;

  • - chopped parsley 1 tbsp. l.;

  • - garlic 1 clove;

  • - salt, ground black pepper;

  • - vegetable oil to lubricate the form.

Dip the pasta in boiling salted water. Water should be about three times more than pasta, then they will not boil. It is better to take hard pasta. After 10-15 minutes of boiling pasta, filter through a colander, then season with one part of butter.

Prepared, thawed naturally, cut the mushrooms into slices. You can take any mushrooms that you like. Pay attention to whites and champignons. These mushrooms have a more intense smell, they go well with pasta.

Shred the bacon with thin strips. Fresh tomatoes, cut into medium cubes. Lightly fry the bacon in a pan, put it on a plate. Fry mushrooms and tomatoes in oil, salt, pepper.

You can fry the bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms together and put as a filling in one layer, or you can separately put the bacon in one layer, mushrooms and tomatoes in a separate layer. Separately, the appearance of the casserole will noticeably differ in the color scheme of each layer.

Beat the eggs with sour cream, until the volume is approximately doubled. Add the grated cheese, chopped herbs and garlic to the resulting mass. Add salt and pepper to your taste.

All the fillings are ready. We begin to form a casserole. The casserole dish is thoroughly greased with vegetable oil. In a greased form, put half the cooked pasta. Next, lay a layer of mushrooms with tomatoes, separately a layer of bacon. Put the remaining pasta on top.

Fill with egg-cheese mixture and decorate with herbs. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 150-200 degrees.

Take the casserole out of the oven. Spray with butter. Let cool slightly and carefully spread on two plates with two wide spatulas. Together with the casserole, you can serve sour cream. Cooking time 45 minutes.

Break the egg, separate the yolk from the protein, and put the protein in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Protein will quickly curl up into lush foam, add the yolk, and whisk again quickly. Beat eggs are best not stored.
