The sauce should be a homogeneous consistency, without lumps. Add a little butter, allow for about 10 minutes. Boiled chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, salt, pepper. So that the chicken is not dry, put the sliced ​​pieces in a not high dish, pour the sauce, and warm it together.

We grate hard cheese and beat until smooth, together with mayonnaise. One third of the mass is mixed with herbs and finely chopped garlic. Greens, you can choose which you like, to taste. Suitable dill, parsley. You can sprinkle greens with lemon juice, the taste will be more pronounced. One part with greens will be like an independent layer, the next two parts will be added to the chicken layer.

Cut bread from the crust, cut into five layers, the same thickness. Bread should not be soft, keep in shape. We do not make deep cuts on each layer. These cuts will be filled with filling juices, the cake will be juicy, not dry. Lubricate the bottom layer with cheese without greens, put half of the chicken filling on it.
