- - 150 g of white chocolate

- - 2 tbsp boiled condensed milk

Cook the dough. Beat the eggs to a cool white foam, add sugar and honey in a thin stream and beat again. Mass increase four times. Pour in flour and mix well until smooth. Grease a mold covered with parchment paper with vegetable oil and lay out the dough. Spread evenly over the surface. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The readiness of the biscuit is determined using a skewer. Remove from oven and let cool.

Make a cream. Soak gelatin in cold water. Combine 120 g of granulated sugar, milk, lemon zest and cream. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Add pieces of white chocolate, gelatin, mix until chocolate is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, put in cold water to cool.

Put the biscuit on the table and cut into two. Cut the sides of the biscuit and put the first cake into the mold, brush with cream and cover with a second cake, brush with cream again. Put in a cold place until solidified.

Cook the bumps. Mix pieces of cake with boiled condensed milk and mix. From the resulting mixture, form a cone shape. And garnish with almond petals.

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. And dip the cones there. Garnish the frozen cake with cones. Decorate the sides of the cake with white chocolate.
