Preheat the oven to 100 C. Beat the whites until soft peaks, gradually add 220 g of powdered sugar.

Pour starch into a well-whipped mixture, add vinegar. Beat to a shine. On a baking paper, draw a circle with a diameter of about 20 cm, put the protein mixture in a circle. Make a small depression for the filling in the middle.

Bake the base of the cake for an hour at a temperature of 100 degrees, then increase the temperature to 140 degrees and bake for another 20-25 minutes until a light golden hue.

Leave the prepared meringues in the oven until completely cooled. Beat cream with 30 g of icing sugar until peaks.

Collect the cake: Put the cream in the base of the meringue, put the blueberries and raspberries on top. Grate chocolate and sprinkle cake. Serve immediately.
