You will need

  • - 6 eggs

  • - 1.5 cups of sugar,

  • - 1.5 cups of wheat flour,

  • - 1 h spoon of baking powder,

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • - 800 grams of sour cream,

  • - 1.5 cups of powdered sugar,

  • - 200 grams of pineapple,

  • - 150 grams of almonds.

Beat eggs with sugar. Sugar should be completely dissolved.

Mix one and a half glasses of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder, sift. In small parts, introduce the flour into the egg mass, mix thoroughly. Pour a third of the dough into a mold that you first need to lubricate with oil. Put the form with the dough in the oven (180 degrees), bake the cake for 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove the finished cake from the mold, transfer to a dish and cool.

In the rest of the dough, add cocoa, mix well and bake the cake (bake at 180 degrees for half an hour).

Mix 800 grams of 35 percent sour cream with powdered sugar (1.5 cups). Set aside one fourth.

Combine the remaining sour cream with slices of pineapple and chopped walnuts. The cream is ready.

Soaked light sponge cake with syrup from canned pineapple. Cut the chocolate biscuit into small squares, which are sprinkled with pineapple syrup. Transfer the chocolate squares into a bowl of sour cream, mix well.

Gently transfer the resulting mass (sour cream with biscuit cubes) to a light biscuit, give the shape of an inverted cup. Lubricate the top of the cake with a pre-deposited sour cream.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add soft butter and warm milk to the chocolate, mix well. Make vertical stripes on the cake. If desired, you can simply sprinkle with chopped nuts or grated chocolate. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
