This bright and tasty pie is suitable as a light lunch, and if desired, can become a decoration of the festive table.

You will need
- For the test:
- 360 g flour
- 120 ml boiling water
- 120 ml refined vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- For filling:
- 250 g of cherry tomatoes
- half red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 450 g mashed tomatoes (not tomato paste!)
- salt
- thyme
- basil

Make a dough. Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Add water and oil. Knead the dough, leave for half an hour.

While the dough is resting, make the filling. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic, cut the cherry tomatoes in two. Mix mashed tomatoes with onions and garlic.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into a layer the size of a baking sheet. Spread the tomato mass, spread the halves of cherry tomatoes on top. Sprinkle the pie with salt, thyme and basil.

Put the cake in the preheated oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
