You will need

  • - Pumpkin - 300 gr.

  • - apples - 3 pcs.

  • - sour cream - 200 gr.

  • - gelatin - 1 pack

  • - water - 1 tbsp.

  • - sugar - 3 tbsp. l

  • - cookies like "Jubilee" - 200 gr.

  • - butter - 100 gr.

  • - ground cinnamon - optional.

  • - cloves ground - optionally - on the tip of the knife.

Instruction manual

1

Soak the gelatin in warm water for 10 minutes. Place a container with swollen gelatin in hot water and heat without boiling. As soon as the gelatin becomes liquid, strain it through a strainer. In parallel, cook pumpkin and apple puree.

2

To do this, peel the pumpkin, seeds, wash, cut into small pieces. Do the same with apples. Put the pumpkin in a saucepan and boil it for five minutes in sweetened water (0.5 tbsp of water + 1 tsp. Sugar), add apples to it and boil for another five minutes. Drain the water, cool the pumpkin with apples, turn them into mashed potatoes.

3

Beat in a bowl with a mixer sour cream with sugar, add gelatin and pumpkin and applesauce, cinnamon and cloves. Beat everything until smooth. At the bottom of the mold, put crushed cookies, carefully mixed with butter. Pour the mixture over it and refrigerate for about an hour. The dessert should solidify very well, it should not be served in semi-liquid, so determine the degree of readiness of the dish yourself. The narrower the shape, the thicker the jelly layer will turn out, the more time it will take to solidify. To easily remove the frozen dessert from the mold, immerse it in hot water for a few seconds so that it does not get on the jelly.
