Sorbe is an unusual dessert made from sugar syrup and the juice of a variety of fruits, such as tangerines. It is served chilled and perfectly refreshes on a hot day.

You will need

  • Ingredients for 6 people:
  • - lemon (or lime);

  • - 5 tangerines;

  • - half a pomegranate;

  • - 100 ml of vodka;

  • - whipped to a thick foam protein;

  • - 150 gr. sugar and 150 ml of water for syrup.

Tangerine juice is mixed with vodka and lemon (lime) juice.

In a saucepan we prepare syrup: bring sugar to water to a boil and cook for several minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature.

Mix sugar syrup with citrus juice and vodka. Add egg white, whipped to a thick foam.

We remove sorbet in the freezer for 2 hours. Every 30 minutes we take it out and gently mix with a fork.

Before serving, mix again, put the sorbet in a bowl, decorate with pomegranate seeds and sprigs of mint.
