- - potatoes 2-3 pcs;
- - 1 can of canned olives;
- - tomato paste 3 tbsp;
- - pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs. medium-sized;

To cook salmon, you need to rinse the fish, remove the gills. Boil in salted water, where previously put the whole onion.

Remove salmon from the broth, disassemble into small pieces and put back into the pan.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, pour into the broth, cook for 10 minutes.

At the same time, finely chop the onions, carrots and cucumbers. Fry the vegetables in a pan, where a little vegetable oil was pre-poured. Add tomato paste to the mass, simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Pour the prepared frying into the soup, add olives (optional), herbs, salt and black pepper. Continue cooking for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with a slice of lemon and sour cream.
