You will need: 500 g morels, 1 tbsp. sour cream, butter, cheese, 1 tsp. flour, salt and pepper to taste. Wash the mushrooms, cut large ones, take small ones whole. Boil the water, salt it and dip the mushrooms in the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, then drain the water, rinse the morels with cold water again and squeeze. Put the pan on the fire, grease it with oil and fry the mushrooms a little. Then sprinkle with flour, stirring constantly. Hold a little on the stove and put sour cream. Stew morels for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with melted butter and bring to readiness in the oven. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
