- -800 grams of pork meat
- -3/4 cup light brown sugar
- -1 teaspoon of paprika
- -1 teaspoon of onion powder
- -1/2 tsp garlic powder
- -3/4 teaspoon of salt
- -1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- -2 cups of chicken stock
- -1 and 1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Sauté pork on all sides over low heat. After it has been fried on top, let it go a little further on the stove to allow the meat to reach.

In a bowl, whisk together light brown sugar, ground red pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste to the chicken stock and beat the mixture until smooth.

In the pan where the pork is languishing, pour the chicken stock mixed with the mixture from the bowl. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
