Ingredients:

  • Cheese - 150-180 g;
  • Butter - 45 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Wheat flour - 5 tbsp.;
  • Vodka - 75 g;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Salt;
  • Sunflower oil.

Cooking:

  1. The first step is to grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Butter should be left at room temperature to soften. To speed up the process, it can also be grated.
  2. Getting to the preparation of the "test". In a deep container, mix the pre-prepared cheese and eggs. Then, cow oil, black pepper and salt are added to the resulting mass.
  3. After the cheese and egg mixture is well mixed, you need to pour a little flour into it. The result should be a fairly sticky mass. After that, vodka must be poured into the resulting dough. It is used here as a baking powder.
  4. The consistency of the resulting dough should resemble that which is prepared for pancakes. It should not be too fluid or too thick.
  5. In the event that you do not think of cheesecakes without cottage cheese, you can add it by first wiping it through a sieve or passing through a meat grinder. The amount of cottage cheese should not exceed a quarter of the total mass of dough.
  6. Pour some sunflower oil into a skillet and set it on fire. After the oil is heated, you can begin to fry the cheesecakes, but before that the fire should be reduced, it should be medium. The dough is laid out in a pan with a tablespoon and it is also given to the cheesecakes an oval or circle shape, the thickness of which is no more than 5 millimeters.
  7. Wait until the cheesecakes are browned on one side and gently turn them over. When the other side becomes rosy, they can be removed from the pan.
  8. Pat them with a paper towel or napkin to remove excess fat. This dish is served with sweet tea. As a sauce, you can use sour cream.
