Grind a bar of chocolate with a knife or grate, add melted butter and cocoa powder. Mix everything, put in a water bath and hold until the chocolate mixture becomes melted and viscous.

Beat milk (room temperature) with eggs and add to the warm mass of the chocolate mixture.

In the resulting chocolate mass, add a mixture of flour, sugar and salt.

Lubricate the muffin molds with vegetable oil and fill only 3/4 of the total volume. Grease the muffins with the egg and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.

We check the readiness with a toothpick, then the muffins must be cooled down without getting out of the tins and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Chocolate muffins are ready.
