You will need
- - lemon juice
- - 1 kg of potatoes
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 4 pork schnitzels
- - salt

- - 4 medium tomatoes

Boil potatoes without peeling them. Thoroughly mix crushed garlic with one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.

Coat the schnitzels with pepper mixture thoroughly and fry them on both sides over high heat. Cut the potatoes into 4 parts and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

In a baking dish, greased with vegetable or olive oil, put the potatoes, schnitzels and tomatoes, sliced in rings. Spread rosemary and mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake the dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, garnish the schnitzel with sprigs of fresh herbs or sprinkle with chopped green onions.
