You can make a tasty carp in various ways: boil, bake in the oven and on charcoal. It is not recommended to fry sazan, because the meat of this fish does not have sufficient fat content and becomes dry when frying. In order to surprise friends, you don’t have to be in the kitchen all day. It is worth a little imagination and bake a carp with vegetables, which will remain in your memory for a long time. The recipe for this dish is very specific and quick to prepare.

In order to cook sazan in the oven for four servings, you will need:

Common carp (fillet) - 3 kg.

Tomatoes - 3 pcs.

Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc. and celery stalks to taste.

Seasoning for fish - 1 p.

Lemon - 1 pc. Olive oil and Dijon mustard - 150-200 gr.

1. First of all, fish must be cleaned. First cut off all the fins and put the carcass briefly in cold water so that when cleaning the scales do not fly apart.

2. Then separate the scales from tail to head with a special knife or grater. Fish should be cleaned carefully; caviar found can also be used in the cooking process.

3. Rinse the carcass of the fish in running water for one minute and separate the head. In order for the fish to bake better, cut it first into pieces about seven centimeters in size. Then grate the fish pieces with seasoning and leave in covered dishes for about half an hour.

4. Meanwhile, prepare a dressing for vegetables. Combine olive oil, Dijon mustard and honey. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add salt to taste. Roll pre-chopped vegetables in this dressing, with the exception of bell pepper.

5. Put the fish on a baking sheet covered with foil and brush with the remaining olive oil. Spread vegetables between the pieces of fish, except for the tomato.

6. Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees and bake the fish for fifteen to twenty minutes.

7. Then remove the pan and place the tomatoes on the fish.

8. Bake further for about half an hour at the same temperature.

9. Serve the fish as a main course, or to mashed potatoes.
